ARRK Engineering is seeking a part-time software engineer to develop solutions for unmanned vehicles in the defence sector. You will work with cross-functional teams to design features, implement software in an Agile setting, and improve analysis and simulation tools.

The role requires ongoing Master studies in computer science, telecom, or industrial engineering, basic C/C++ experience, and familiarity with Git/Jenkins. Strong English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Formación

• Ongoing Master studies in computer science, telecommunication or industrial engineering or a comparable degree.
• First Experience and basic knowledge in programming with C/C++.
• Basic knowledge in dealing with version-control- and continuous integration platforms (Git/Jenkins).
• Interest in automated systems and willingness to learn about it.
• Ability to solve challenging tasks analytically and independently.
• Profound communication in spoken and written English.
• Good German language skills is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop software solutions for unmanned vehicles in the defence field
• Work closely with cross-functional partner teams to design and specify new features
• Implement software in agile collaboration with your development team
• Improve Analysis and Simulation Tools
• Design and perform manual and automated software tests
• Proactive participation in code optimization and troubleshooting
• Participate in daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and other relevant meetings
