Job summary

Under Armour Valencia is seeking a Sales Associate, Part-Time (30 hours) to be the face of the brand, driving sales and keeping the store looking sharp. You will deliver great customer service, suggest apparel and footwear, and handle POS and digital requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Able to move around store, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Operate front/back of store, including POS and payments
• Process omni-channel customer requests digitally
• Collaborate well within a team and adapt to fast-paced environment
• Promote the rewards program to customers
• Own personal development and seek growth opportunities
• Fulfill scheduled hours per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
