Job summary

Under Armour in Valencia is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (30 hours/week) to deliver standout customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain a sharp store appearance. You will work across front and back-of-store tasks, including POS and digital requests, while representing the brand values daily.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, flexible scheduling, and ability to operate technology-driven tools in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ (18+ in California).
• Able to move on sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and benefits with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist at POS.
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience.
