Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate for the ECI Pintor Sorolla store in Valencia. This part-time role (30 hours) focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

Work in a fast-paced team environment, assist customers with product selection, process transactions, and support omni-channel requests as needed. Uphold UA standards and contribute to a dynamic retail atmosphere.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ in some locations).
• Ability to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Fluency in local language; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Able to perform essential functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices, computers, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Offer excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest products to meet customers' needs and preferences.
• Share product knowledge with customers and teammates.
• Maintain store appearance and stock organization.
• Operate front and back-of-store tasks, including POS and payments.
