Part‑Time Marketing & Webflow Designer — (100% Remote)

MontBlancAI delivers AI‑powered production monitoring software for process manufacturers. Our platform helps factories increase capacity, cut costs, and improve quality.

After several successful client deployments, our software has reached a mature stage — and now we’re focusing on growth. That means improving how we present ourselves to the world, from our homepage to marketing materials.

About the Job

We’re looking for a part‑time marketing & web design contractor to own our visual presence — both on our website and across marketing assets.

You’ll work directly with Markus (Founder) to update and refine our Webflow homepage, design engaging visuals and materials, and help us present MontBlancAI as the high‑quality brand it is.

You should be comfortable taking a project from idea to design to implementation — combining creativity with a good sense of structure and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Update and improve our Webflow homepage (structure, visuals, and content)
• Design and implement new landing pages for campaigns and products
• Create marketing collateral such as one‑pagers, case studies, and pitch decks
• Develop visuals for LinkedIn posts and other marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with Markus to refine messaging and visual consistency

About You

• 2+ years of experience designing and building websites in Webflow
• Strong design skills with a portfolio showing clean, modern layouts
• Experience creating B2B marketing materials (preferably SaaS)
• Self‑starter who can manage small projects independently
• Comfortable balancing aesthetic design with practical marketing goals
• Bonus: familiarity with SEO or light copywriting

Package

• Competitive rate: €25–€50/hour, depending on experience
• Flexible workload: 5‑10 hours per week but will depend on current needs
• Remote: work from anywhere
