Polo Valley is seeking an HR & People Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis and manage the day-to-day coordination of our people processes. You will work closely with management and employees across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping us professionalise HR practices.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a generalist HR / People role.
• Experience in recruitment and active candidate sourcing.
• Good understanding of HR administration and employment processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage several matters simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with employee information.
• Good working knowledge of Spanish employment practices and HR administration.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or relevant HR management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR matters across the business.
• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation and systems are properly managed.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and personnel records.
• Monitor contracts, renewals, probation periods and other employment milestones.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage holidays, absences and other employee-related incidents.
• Keep employee records and HR systems up to date.
• Support time and attendance management and liaise with external payroll/advisors.
• Ensure HR procedures and internal processes are consistently applied.
• Support management with day-to-day people-related matters.
• Help develop and implement clear HR procedures and improve the employee experience.
