Your mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our social media advertising efforts on a global scale, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role blends performance‑driven strategy with creative leadership, as you will manage campaign execution and the development of high‑performing ad creatives. You will report to the Digital Ads Manager and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow quickly within our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead global social media advertising strategies with a strong focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels as applicable.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Develop high‑performing ad creatives and oversee the creative process (briefing designers, video editors, copywriters).
• Test and iterate creative concepts to drive performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Digital Ads Manager and cross‑functional teams to align on goals and insights.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with social media advertising (Meta platforms a must; TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels a plus).
• Proven ability to drive performance through creative testing and iteration.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, ad formats, and best practices for social platforms.
• Experience managing the end‑to‑end creative process (from concept to production, including briefing designers, video editors, or copywriters).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• A blend of creative thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
• Interest and/or experience in tech & software.
• You are a passionate, positive, and creative spirit.

Added values

• Hands‑on design or video editing skills (Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Copywriting experience for social ads.
• Additional languages besides English, preferably German or Italian.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.

Location

At iubenda we believe in full‑remote. You can work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer an office, we have Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices to support a hybrid model.
