Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is helping a forward-thinking global digital marketing agency find a hands-on Business Development Representative to grow paid social business across Europe.

You will identify advertisers, build target lists, prospect via LinkedIn and email, and convert conversations into qualified opportunities, while using HubSpot and AI tools to scale outreach.

Formación

• 2–4 years in a new-business or opening role at marketing/advertising agencies or ad-tech sales
• Hands-on HubSpot experience
• Comfort using AI tools to build pipeline and generate leads
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Identify advertisers that could be a strong fit for paid social services.
• Build target-account and decision-maker lists from scratch.
• Research companies’ acquisition strategy and paid-social opportunities.
• Prospect via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Test outbound sequences and personalized messaging.
• Generate qualified conversations and meetings with marketing decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, budget, decision process and timing.
• Introduce paid-social proposition clearly and commercially.
• Attend industry events to create follow-up opportunities.
• Feed market insights back into the company so we can refine positioning and proposition.
