Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a hands-on Business Development Representative to grow our paid social business across Europe, starting with Sevilla. You will identify advertisers, build target lists, and engage marketing decision-makers to create a strong pipeline.

The role requires 2–4 years in a new-business capacity, HubSpot proficiency, English fluency, and comfort using AI tools to generate leads. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years in a new-business opening role at an advertising/marketing agency or in sales to brands.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Comfort using AI tools to build pipeline and generate leads.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify advertisers that could be a strong fit for paid social services.
• Build target-account and decision-maker lists from scratch.
• Research companies, their acquisition strategy and paid-social opportunities.
• Prospect through LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
• Build and test outbound sequences and personalized messaging.
• Generate qualified conversations and meetings with marketing and growth decision-makers.
• Understand the prospect's current paid-media setup, challenges, objectives and potential.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, budget, decision process and timing.
• Introduce paid-social proposition clearly and commercially.
• Attend industry events to create follow-up opportunities and feed market insights.
