Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a hands-on Business Development Representative to expand paid social services across Europe. You will identify advertisers, build lists, research opportunities and engage marketing leaders to create a strong sales pipeline.

Successful candidates will demonstrate 2–4 years in new-business roles, strong HubSpot experience, and fluency in English. Remote tools and outbound strategies are central to the role, with a focus on converting conversations

Formación

• 2–4 years in a new-business/opening role at a marketing/advertising agency or ad-tech sales.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Comfort using AI tools to build pipeline and generate leads.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify advertisers that fit paid social services.
• Build target-account and decision-maker lists from scratch.
• Research companies' acquisition strategy and paid-social opportunities.
• Prospect via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Develop outbound sequences and personalized messaging.
• Generate qualified conversations and meetings with marketing decision-makers.
• Understand prospects' paid-media setup, challenges, objectives and potential.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, budget, decision process and timing.
• Introduce paid social proposition clearly and commercially.
• Involve paid-social specialists in deeper conversations when qualified.
• Test verticals, audiences and messages; use prospecting tools to scale activity.
• Attend industry events to create follow-up opportunities and feed insights back to the company.
