From RightHand, a company specializing in attracting and retaining digital talent, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a proven experience in both strategy and hands‑on implementation of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on awareness and performance marketing across programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, Doceree), as well as Meta and Google Ads. The role involves managing high‑impact digital campaigns primarily for the U.S. market, targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on awareness and performance across programmatic platforms, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Manage high‑impact digital campaigns for the U.S. market targeting consumers and healthcare professionals.
- Translate objectives into actionable multi‑channel strategies, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Execute audience segmentation, contextual targeting, dynamic creative optimization, and retargeting.
- Allocate budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI across awareness and performance layers.
- Analyze and report on performance using Google Analytics, Business Manager, and Looker, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams and report directly to the Head of Paid Media.
- Stay current on emerging ad technologies and media trends.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across programmatic platforms (StackAdapt, Doceree), Meta, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record in healthcare marketing, targeting both B2C (consumers) and HCP (healthcare professionals) audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate objectives into actionable multi‑channel strategies, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Knowledge in audience segmentation, contextual targeting, dynamic creative optimization, and retargeting.
- Skilled in budget management and optimization to ensure maximum ROI and effective spend distribution across awareness and performance layers.
- Analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Business Manager, and Looker with a solid understanding of media and conversion metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams and report directly to the Head of Paid Media.
- Continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging ad technologies and media trends.
- High level of English or bilingual proficiency.
- Availability to work U.S. hours (starting at 12:00 PM).
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. for meetings when required.
- At least 5 years of experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of B2C and HCP media performance metrics.
