Job summary

Werfenlife SA is seeking a packaging materials partner responsible for all manufacturing and design processes related to labels, inserts, and boxes. The role includes ensuring documentation readiness for new and in-market products and offering technical support across departments.

The ideal candidate will design new labels, manage SAP BOM changes, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines while upholding Werfen quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with packaging labels, inserts, and boxes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Fluency in Spanish or Catalan; basic English reading/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging material execution with QC/QA/RA/Marketing and others.
• Assist labelling printing and IFU production.
• Maintain and update technical data sheets and documentation (SAP).
• Lead external designers for new layouts or changes.
• Provide technical support to engineering and other departments.
