Propelis is seeking a Graphic Packaging Manager/Artwork Project Manager to join the onsite team and support a leading beverage brand. You will coordinate packaging artwork projects from briefing to final artwork approval, acting as the link between marketing, studios, and production partners to ensure quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates bring 3-4 years in graphic arts related roles, strong knowledge of packaging workflows, and a proactive approach.

Formación

• 3-4 years in design/pre-press, project management, or artwork coordination.
• Experience in FMCG packaging and packaging workflows.
• Understanding of print production processes and colour management.
• Collaborative, proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate artwork production between teams and clients.
• Manage deadlines, ensure on-time and on-quality delivery.
• Develop and execute packaging ranges; perform quality checks.
• Train and support team members involved in artwork processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in artwork processes and ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships across supply chain and marketing.
• Oversee daily on-site collaboration with marketing and support departments.
