A dynamic startup in Spain is looking for a proactive Founder’s Right Hand to assist the Founder directly. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and a solution-driven approach. Applicants with strong English skills will excel in managing communications, priorities, and coordinating with leadership while thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

  • Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
  • Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are hiring the Founder’s Right Hand at YOUNG

PA + Chief of Staff hybrid role (we may hire 1 or 2 people depending on the fit)

🚀 Valencia preferred, NL possible

YOUNG is scaling fast.

Our Founder, Wim, needs someone who can operate right next to him and multiply his impact.

This is not a classic PA job.

This is not a classic Chief of Staff job.

This is a hybrid, high-ownership role at the center of everything.
