Job summary

Tether is seeking a Technical Content Creator to showcase the practical power of its peer-to-peer stack. This builder-centric role targets engineers who can write code, spin up nodes, and produce clear screen-shared demos.

You will turn our core Pear/Bare stack into ongoing, visual prototypes that prove decentralized infrastructure in action. You will collaborate with core developers to stay ahead of features, translate complex updates into engaging tutorials, and prototype quick concepts like

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years in a technical role such as Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development.
• Strong programming skills in NodeJS and C/C++ to interface with peer-to-peer networking and runtime internals.
• Demo/Video production experience recording and editing technical screen-shares or videos (Loom, Camtasia, Screenflow).

Responsibilities

• Build Practical Demos: Independently create functional peer-to-peer apps and infrastructure with Pear and Bare.
• Record Technical Demos: Produce clear, high-quality screen-shares and video demos of your builds.
• Translate Code to Content: Turn complex protocol updates into visual, digestible developer content.
• Collaborate with Core Devs: Work with P2P protocol and product engineering teams.
• Prototypes: rapidly prototype chat, file-sync, or data-replication demos.
• Fuel Influencer-Led Developer Adoption: Provide assets and co-create challenges for influencers.
