Amentum is seeking a Peacekeeper Inn Manager to oversee all aspects of Peacekeeper Inn operations on Diego Garcia, including lodging, recreation, food and beverage, and entertainment services. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university in business management, hospitality, food, or recreation management
• Or three years of general experience in recreation, food and beverage, and entertainment operations
• Five (5) years of specialized experience as a middle manager in a similar civilian commercial capacity
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and recreation service industry best practices including financial management, customer service, and standards
• Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate activities and events to meet diverse needs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; English proficiency for contract requirements and safety procedures

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of hospitality, recreation, and entertainment services to meet customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement policies to optimize efficiency and service quality while complying with contracts and regulations
• Supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and performance
• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement to hit financial targets without compromising quality
• Plan and oversee events and programs to boost recreational and entertainment offerings
• Respond promptly to contingencies and ensure on-site availability within one hour of notification
• Monitor facility conditions, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
• Provide regular reports on operations, budget performance, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity
• Provide staff development through training and mentoring
• Ensure assets and equipment are properly maintained
• Develop marketing strategies to promote services and maximize participation and revenue
• Collaborate with government representatives to meet program requirements and improve customer experience
