• 2 / 3 years of professional software development experience
• 2 / 3 years hands‑on experience building enterprise applications with OutSystems
• Strong backend development skills and mastery of RESTful APIs
• Deep understanding of low‑code platforms, architecture patterns, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead technical design, code reviews, and delivery of High‑Impact projects
• Excellent functional and technical analysis capabilities
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience working in agile, multicultural teams
