A consulting firm is seeking a Sales Manager / Key Account Sales Specialist to manage relationships in the Power Systems sector. This full-time, remote role focuses on engaging key clients, driving sales growth, and achieving targets. Candidates must have a strong sales background in power generation and be results-driven. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred. Remote work is available in Spain, UK, Germany, and Italy.

Formación

  • Successful sales experience in the Power Generation or Genset sector is mandatory.

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

This is a full‑time, remote role based in UK, Germany, Italy & Spain with a MNC in Power Systems (Gensets) – operating in 41 countries – for a Sales Manager / Key Account Sales Specialist. The Sales Manager / Key Account Sales Specialist will develop and manage relationships with key Data Centre & other sector clients, analyze account activities to create tailored solutions, and drive sales growth. Achieve aggressive sales targets for Gensets and power solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with EPCs, contractors, and end‑users (datacenters, factories, utilities, Mallas etc.) to conduct technical and commercial presentations on our Power Systems technology.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key Data Centre & other sector clients, analyze account activities to create tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets for Gensets and power solutions.

Qualifications
  • Successful sales experience in the Power Generation, Engine OEM, or Genset sector (mandatory).
  • Strong technical understanding of power systems, load management, and electrical switchgear.

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
