岗位要求：

至少3年以上的多仓管理经验，或具备过往仓库管理的规模与服务效率经验。

熟悉仓库运营管理流程，能够处理仓储和物流相关的复杂问题。

具有良好的跨文化沟通能力和团队合作精神。

能够适应频繁的国际出差。

英语流利，法语或西班牙语加分。

工作地点：

France (Base)，可覆盖意大利、西班牙等地，灵活办公。

Europe Overseas Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas warehouse operations stationed in France, covering warehouse activities in Italy and Spain.
• Responsible for the daily operations of multiple warehouses, ensuring efficiency in order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.
• Oversee the operations of multiple warehouses, identifying areas for improvement in terms of service quality and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth order processing and warehouse operations.
• Conduct warehouse efficiency analysis and propose improvement plans.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing multiple warehouses, or experience in managing warehouse scale and service efficiency.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and able to handle complex logistics issues.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
• Fluent in English, with French or Spanish language skills preferred.

Location:

• Based in France, with operations covering Italy, Spain, and other countries. Flexible work location options available.
• Future office setup will be based on operational needs.
