Job summary

Sonova seeks an OT Cyber Security Support Specialist to safeguard OT environments supporting global manufacturing, combining security administration with monitoring, documentation, and user support.

You will collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, IT and Engineering in an international setting, developing procedures and training colleagues while rolling out security solutions to foster a strong cyber‑secure culture.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in IT, control systems or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience with IT/OT knowledge.
• Hands-on systems administration, networks and app maintenance.
• Fluent English and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain OT security solutions and updates.
• Support daily OT cyber security activities: alerts, vulnerability management, asset inventory, user support.
• Develop and maintain OT security procedures and SOPs.
• Train colleagues on OT security processes and solutions.
• Contribute to OT endpoint detection and firewall policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, IT and Engineering to promote security culture.
