GBT Solutions is seeking a Telecommunications OSS Engineer to install, configure, and maintain Traffica and OSIX monitoring systems in Madrid. You will optimize Mediation Zone components, manage Kafka pipelines, and work with DeVo in Telefónica’s data ecosystem.

The role requires strong telecom protocol knowledge (NGN, IMS), experience with Linux RedHat, Windows Server, and programming in Java, Python, and Ansible. Night shifts and on-call rotations may be part of the schedule.

Formación

• Spanish-speaking is mandatory.
• Based in Madrid or surrounding areas.
• Solid experience with Traffica and OSIX (Polystar).
• Experience with Mediation Zone and telecom traffic processing.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Big Data tools (DeVo preferred).
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols and network architectures (NGN, IMS).
• Hands-on experience with Linux RedHat and Windows Server environments.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, Ansible.
• English for reading documentation and support interactions; night work availability.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure and maintain Traffica and OSIX monitoring systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot Mediation Zone components delivering traffic to Telefónica platforms.
• Manage and optimize Kafka pipelines and DeVo workflows.
• Monitor and analyze SIP, Diameter, Radius, GTPv1, GTPv2 telecom protocols.
• Provide support for NGN and IMS networks; handle on-call rotations.
