Whitewater Group seeks an OSM Plant & Finance Controller to drive financial performance for a hybrid role based in Tomelloso. You will partner with the OSM Director, delivering plant reporting, budgeting, and CAPEX tracking while supporting month-end closes and intercompany costing.
The role emphasizes cost control, productivity analysis, and close collaboration with Operations and Spain Finance to reflect manufacturing activity accurately in financial results.
As Whitewater Group continues to expand its Off‑Site Manufacturing (OSM) operations, we are seeking an OSM Plant & Finance Controller to support the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing facility. This is a hybrid role, ideally suited to someone based in Tomelloso or the surrounding area. However, if you live in Madrid and are willing to travel to Tomelloso regularly, the role could also be a good fit.
Working closely with the OSM Director, the successful candidate will act as a key Finance partner to the factory, providing financial insight and supporting operational decision‑making while maintaining a strong presence on the factory floor.
This role will be responsible for overseeing plant performance reporting and KPIs, developing reliable product, project and job costing, monitoring labour productivity, capacity, overhead absorption, manufacturing efficiency, WIP, inventory and working capital, and supporting budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis. Working closely with the Spain Finance Lead and Operations team, the successful candidate will also support month‑end closing, P&L and balance sheet reporting, CAPEX tracking, intercompany costing and billing, and ensure manufacturing activity is accurately reflected in the financial results.
