Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Madrid is seeking an Account Representative (Temporary/Fixed-Term Contract) to promote ETHICON Endomech & Energy products and drive regional sales. You will engage surgeons and healthcare professionals, deliver product demonstrations, and support marketing strategies to achieve targets.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, proven sales experience in medical devices, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• University degree in natural- or neuroscience or similar area of study.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Fluent English.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Experience working in sales in the medical devices sector is a plus.
• Experience working in the surgical specialties of colorectal, bariatric and thoracic surgery is a plus.
• Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or working in a critical patient care setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and communicate the benefits of the ETHICON Endomech & Energy portfolio to drive sales results.
• Identify new potential customers while supporting existing clients with portfolio information and assistance.
• Implement and execute marketing strategies in the region and achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients and negotiate prices, deadlines and conditions.
• Educate customers on Endomechanical and Energy products and provide technical/clinical information and trainings.
• Plan and perform training and product demonstrations in-house.
• Present clinical data to health professionals and keep up with latest data.
