Job summary

Sandoz Iberia is seeking an enthusiastic Organizational Development intern to join our People & Organization team in Madrid. You will support program execution, assessments, and communications to enhance team effectiveness and organizational capability.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Organizational Psychology or related fields, with strong English and Spanish, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or master's in a related field with university internship agreement.
• Strong interest in organizational development and internal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Organizational Development initiatives.
• Administer assessments, manage participants, reports and follow-ups.
• Track allocation and utilization of assessment trackers.
• Create and maintain SharePoint content and internal comms platforms.
• Design and run communication campaigns for development programs.
• Prepare templates, presentations and stakeholder materials.
• Document processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage vendor relations.
• Support project coordination, reporting and ad-hoc tasks.
