Job summary

Puig is seeking an OtC process professional to improve alignment and efficiency across OtC teams and subsidiaries. You will coordinate training plans, lead process harmonization, and monitor KPIs to drive performance.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional European languages a plus. A university degree in Engineering or Business Administration and SAP experience are highly valued. The role offers a hybrid work setup within the Barcelona area.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar OtC/focus role; fluent in English and Spanish.
• Other European languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP, digital transformation projects, and B2B/D2C models is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of training plans for OtC teams aligned to processes and to improve knowledge, performance and accuracy.
• Prioritize and coordinate new requirements; act as a key user for functional designs; lead OtC initiatives and projects.
• Analyze opportunities and drive projects to improve OtC procedures and KPIs.
• Deploy harmonized OtC processes and tools across subsidiaries; ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance and workload of OtC teams; follow up KPIs and take corrective actions.
