Key responsibilities include handling hardware/software connectivity issues, documenting interactions in CRM, and collaborating with R&D for product improvements. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

• Experience in technical support or field service for medical devices.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; strong diagnostic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to customers and field service engineers for medical diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnostics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in using remote access tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., FDA, CE) is a plus.
