Job summary

Afflelou Grupo is seeking a remote Technical Support Engineer for Medical Diagnostic Equipment. You will remotely assist healthcare professionals and service engineers worldwide, troubleshooting complex device issues and guiding calibration and maintenance from a home office.

Key responsibilities include handling hardware/software connectivity issues, documenting interactions in CRM, and collaborating with R&D for product improvements. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and clinical device exposure.
Experience in technical support or field service for medical devices.
Fluency in Spanish and English; strong diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to customers and field service engineers for medical diagnostic equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to medical devices.
Guide users through calibration, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Document issues, resolutions and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams for feedback on performance and improvements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Stay updated on advancements in medical diagnostic technology and company products.
Assist in remote software updates and system configuration for deployed devices.
Escalate critical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
