Papernest in Barcelona invites a curious, analytical Master’s student to join as a gap-year intern starting January 2027. You’ll tackle end-to-end tests, coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Product teams, and help build an actionable roadmap.

You will gather ideas, benchmark improvements, and deploy initiatives that translate into tangible business value, with one remote day per week and a monthly compensation of €800.

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree and seeking a gap-year internship between programs.
• Fluency in French is mandatory with English at B2 or higher.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with comfort in spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Gather innovative ideas from diverse stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Partnerships).
• Manage end-to-end tests: prioritize ideas, roadmap, coordinate tests, analyze results, share insights.
• Deploy initiatives and scale successful projects, monitoring progress and impact.
• Develop a catalogue of improvements to enhance processes and technical development.

In this role you will:

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and action-oriented person who enjoys solving problems and learning by doing to join our team in Barcelona, starting in January 2027.

Your future responsibilities:

• Gather innovative ideas: Collect new concepts from a wide range of stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Partnerships teams, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end tests: Take note of and prioritize ideas, integrate them into a clear roadmap, coordinate real-life tests with the Sales teams, analyze quantitative and qualitative results, and share insights with key stakeholders.
• Deploy successful projects: Identify initiatives that deliver good results and collaborate on scaling them up.
• Monitor and benchmark disruptive ideas: Develop a catalogue of potential improvements with a view to continuously improving internal processes (technological and technical development).

Your profile:

• Are currently studying for a Master's degree and are looking for a gap-year internship between Master's programs

• Languages: Fluent French is mandatory, with a B2 level of English or above and confidence working in an international environment.

• First interview with Talent Acquisition (30 minutes)
• Interview with Théotime the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
• Business case: 2–3 hours of preparation
• Business case presentation 1 hour with Théotime and Jacques (N+2)
