P&G is seeking an International Transport Operations Planner for the MATARO BUSINESS CENTER in Spain. You will build cross-border shipments using global standard work processes, ensuring service goals at the lowest cost while collaborating with other planners to optimize workflows.

You will manage KPIs across service, cost, cash, and sustainability, and contribute to process improvements with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Studies or training programs, as well as prior experience related to logistics will be valued
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English language
• High level of leadership, initiative, proactiveness, autonomy & flexibility
• Fluent Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams;
• Good communication skills (capture information, sharing information, short presentations, summarizing)
• Good inter-personal skills, to work in groups face to face or remotely

A day in the life

About the team

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. What sets this service apart from others is the extra level of customer care. Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed. With a focus on safety, productivity and innovation, we're changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.

We have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfilment centres and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree
• Experience of working with SQL, VBA Python, R, or other programming language
• Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Experience in assessing operating processes and outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively
