P&G in Mataro, Spain, seeks an International Transport Operations Planner to build cross-border shipments, optimize service and cost KPIs, and collaborate with T-Ops Planners to improve processes. You will apply global standards to meet service at lowest cost and work in a hybrid environment.

Fluent Spanish and English, leadership, Excel mastery, and knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps are valued. Entry-level role with growth opportunities and continuous learning.

Formación

• Studies or training related to logistics valued.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English language.
• High level of leadership, initiative, proactiveness, autonomy & flexibility.
• Fluent Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
• Good communication skills (capture information, sharing information, short presentations, summarizing).

As an I-Trade Transport Operations Planner you will be responsible for using global standard work processes and solutions to build cross-border shipments, ensuring service requirements are met at the lowest possible cost.

• + Fluent Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams;

• + Good inter-personal skills, to work in groups face to face or remotely.
• Nice to have: Knowledge in the digital field, in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, API, etc. and in programming like SQL or Phyton (including being able to create database queries).
