Factorial HR busca un Operaciones Technólogo para optimizar y automatizar procesos de marketing y ventas en nuestro equipo Global RevOps. Desarrollarás scripts, integrarás plataformas y apoyarás campañas multicanal con un enfoque en escalabilidad y rendimiento.

Idealmente, trabajas con Python/JS, APIs REST y herramientas como HubSpot, con visión de mejora continua y comunicación clara a stakeholders no técnicos.

Formación

• Se requiere experiencia en scripting y APIs REST.
• Experiencia previa con CRM y automatización de CRM.
• Conocimiento del stack de marketing (GA, plataformas de pago).
• Gran atención al detalle y alta precisión en el trabajo.
• Habilidad para gestionar stakeholders y entregar resultados.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener scripts de automatización para procesos de marketing.
• Usar Zapier y soluciones a medida para crear procesos escalables.
• Integrar plataformas de marketing mediante APIs para flujo de datos.
• Solucionar problemas de integraciones y optimizar rendimiento.
• Apoyar la configuración, ejecución y optimización de campañas de marketing.

Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a rock star Operations Technologist to help us optimizing and automating our marketing and sales operations processes and join our Global RevOps team!

What will you be doing:

• Develop and maintain automation (JS) scripts to streamline marketing processes, including data management, campaign execution, and overall systems optimization.
• Utilize tools like Zapier and develop custom-coded solutions to create scalable processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate various marketing platforms (CRM, email marketing, analytics tools, etc.) through APIs to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively suggest and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing operations.

Your Profile

• You're operations focused and a technology geek
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Previous experience with CRMs (preferably Hubspot) and CRM automation
• Preferably previous experience with Marketing Tech stack (Google Analytics, Paid platforms, )
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and act on opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Great stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of the B2B SaaS environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
