Overview
A leading pharmaceutical company based in Madrid is looking to hire a new team member for its Commercial Department.
Responsibilities
- Management and follow-up of international accounts and orders, providing support to international distributors, including commercial and technical documentation (Middle East, Europe, and LATAM).
- Coordination with the factory and warehouse for production, shipments, and resolution of delays.
- Preparation of international sales reports.
- Updating and managing prices, contracts, and products in platforms such as SAP and ordering systems.
- Preparation of documentation and certificates required for exports (customs letters, certificates of origin, release documents, and apostilles).
- Logistics coordination with international carriers and courier services (including FedEx and Ex Works pickups).
- Support in organizing and coordinating international events and congresses, as well as for the subsidiaries in Portugal and Germany.
- Providing support to subsidiaries (Portugal and Germany).
- Coordination with counterpart in the role (Commercial Operations Manager – Asia Pacific).
Qualifications
- Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Export Department within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual level of English (spoken and written).
- Portuguese is a plus.
