A renowned French leather goods brand seeks an Operations Leader in Cádiz to oversee all activities within the Operations area. You'll lead the operations team, analyze performance, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of management experience in a production environment. This position is 100% on-site.

Your Mission

Lead and oversee all activities within the Operations area, ensuring optimal performance of people, processes, and equipment. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality output while maintaining safety, productivity, and continuous improvement standards.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, product accuracy, and breakage rates. Implement actions for improvement.

Process & Equipment Efficiency : Ensure that processes, equipment, and infrastructure operate reliably and efficiently. Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

Team Leadership : Manage, motivate, and develop the operations team. Ensure appropriate staffing, training, and performance management.

Operational Oversight : Supervise daily operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.

Quality & Compliance : Ensure that all packaging activities meet quality standards and comply with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to align goals and ensure a smooth end-to-end process.

Data & Reporting : Record workforce data for productivity analysis and payroll. Use insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

Education : Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Organization Engineering.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a production or packaging environment, including direct team management experience.
