Reports to: Country Manager

Based in: Barcelona
The Operations Manager is responsible for increasing the profitability of the department by optimizing the delivery of solutions to the client, with the best service. S / he ensures the maintenance of existing and new clients by guaranteeing the quality of service and complying with SOPs (AEO) while managing his / her team.
Contribute to the economic performance and optimize growth and results for his / her area of responsibilities:
Lead, plan, coordinate and monitor activities within the department (clients’ assignment, shipment follow up, procurement, team meetings…)
Ensure detailed review of the operations team’s performance on a weekly, monthly and / or quarterly basis and recommend actions.
Appraise employees’ performance;
Lead the search, recruitment and induction processes of new operations agents together with HR.
Make sure the team performs in a fulfilling atmosphere, in line with Clasquin motto «Clients, Profit & Fun ».
Ensure that the team works according to the Group rules and working processes in efficient cooperation with overseas offices / agents and other departments.
Ensure a good balance between activity and resources and make necessary adjustments.
