As part of our transformation journey, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operations in Barcelona and help us build a more standardized, efficient and high-performing operational organization.
Reporting directly to the Corporate Operations Directorand forming part of the Global Operations leadership team, this role combines operational leadership with the deployment of Operational Excellence across our Barcelona operations.
Our Barcelona operations are the heart of our global supply chain and will serve as the benchmark for our future operational model. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing people, solving problems and continuously improving the way operations are run.
Your mission is to lead our operations in Barcelona, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service and productivity while building a culture of accountability, operational discipline and continuous improvement.
You will define, implement and sustain the operational standards that will become the benchmark for Ernesto Ventós as we continue strengthening our international operations.
