TOLSA is hiring an HR Industrial Responsible to act as the key People partner for manufacturing operations in Madrid and Toledo. You will support managers and employees, drive talent, engagement and organizational effectiveness across our plants.

The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for industrial positions, advising on people-related matters, collaborating with plant leadership on workforce planning, and ensuring policy compliance and continuous HR improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, production, or operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and employee relations.
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for industrial and operational positions, ensuring the attraction of the talent needed to support our manufacturing operations.


• Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on people-related matters and supporting employee relations activities.


• Collaborate with plant leadership teams on workforce planning, talent development, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.


• Support the implementation of HR policies, labour relations processes and organisational changes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.


• Monitor key People metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruitment, employee experience and overall organisational effectiveness.


• Participate in local and corporate HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of people processes and the strengthening of our culture across the plants.


• Promote a collaborative, safe and high-performing work environment where employees can grow, develop and contribute to business success.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.


• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, production, or operational environments.


• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and employee relations.


• Previous experience managing recruitment processes for operational and industrial profiles.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Fluent Spanish and a good command of English.


• Driving licence and own vehicle are desirable.

Location: TOLSA Manufacturing Plant, Madrid (with regular presence in Toledo).
