Job summary

Copernicus Servicing SL is seeking an Operations Junior Analyst to join the Operations Team in Madrid. This role targets individuals with strong analytical and data skills, looking to grow in Operations and Transformation.

You will work closely with senior management across the business, gaining exposure to operational analysis, KPI monitoring, process improvement and project management in Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in analytical roles will be considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and experience working with queries.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in the supervision, analysis, review and transformation of operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Up to 2 years of professional experience in highly analytical roles will be considered a plus.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative.

Previous experience in a Big Four firm or similar environment will be considered a plus.

Strong interest in developing a career in Operations and Investment Management.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and experience working with queries will be considered a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a leading university, preferably in Economics or Business Administration and Management.

Languages

Fluent in English and Spanish.
