Zurich Insurance Group is seeking an Operations & Finance Manager for Zurich Duo Barcelona, partnering directly with the CEO to shape strategy and drive financial and operational excellence. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting and pricing analyses, while ensuring governance, risk controls and efficient processes across the agency.

• Own the end-to-end budgeting process (annual budgets, quarterly forecasts).
• Monitor actuals vs. budget (revenue, costs, FTEs) and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for agency leadership.
• Lead pricing and profitability analysis across the agency portfolio.
• Design, implement and improve core agency processes (briefing, scoping, approvals, resourcing and billing).
• Oversee governance, risk & compliance and vendor management.
• Define and drive the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain operational KPIs across the agency and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to Zurich policies and risk/compliance requirements.
