Ball Corporation in Spain is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement and optimize plant performance. You will lead standardization of the BOE pillars, implement SOPs, and guide teams across shifts to sustain productivity gains.

Role requires strong CI leadership, capability-building, and a proven ability to align plant initiatives with regional strategies, driving safety, quality and cost improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or supply chain.
• Job-related experience in process improvement or project management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive BOE pillars, standardization, SOPs, and best practices across the plant.
• Lead cross‑functional CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost and productivity.
• Define and monitor KPIs; apply data‑driven decision making.
• Engage stakeholders, train and coach employees to build CI capabilities.
• Embed safety, quality and governance in all processes; align with regional strategies.
