Hero is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead to drive operational excellence on our factory floor in Murcia, Spain. You will design and implement Lean strategies, identify waste, and lead cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

You will guide frontline teams, establish KPIs, and translate data into actionable improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability across borders.

Formación

• Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen expertise with proven impact.
• Minimum 5 years driving Lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Spanish fluency and advanced English required; multinational experience valued.
• Strong leadership to build high-performing teams and sustain change.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Lean strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify improvement opportunities across operations and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead gemba walks, set priorities, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Translate operational data into actionable KPIs and drive continuous performance.
