Be Mate Apartments is seeking a Head of Operations to maximise profitability across our portfolio by controlling costs, analyzing P&L, negotiating suppliers, and driving operational efficiency. You will lead financial, procurement and profitability initiatives for multiple buildings and cities, standardise processes with SOPs, and champion best practices to improve margins and service quality for guests.

Fluency in English and experience with hospitality software are preferred; the role offers a

Formación

• Degree or studies in Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced level of English; Italian valued.
• Knowledge of hotel management or booking software.
• Basic knowledge of computer tools and office software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve client concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Financial control of operations with monthly P&L monitoring for each building.
• Procurement and supplier management including negotiation of rates and SLAs.
• Profitability analysis by building, city and business unit; ROI studies.
