A leading dermocosmetics company is seeking a Freelance Operations Assistant to support operational processes. Responsibilities include inventory management, order processing, and client communication, all in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administration and strong organizational skills. Fluent English or French communication is essential.

At Laboratoire ACM España , we are looking for a Free lance Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our administrative and operational processes.

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations across stock management, order processing, and invoicing. You will also coordinate with clients, sales team, suppliers, and the accounting department to guarantee efficient communication and timely deliveries.

Main responsabilities
  • Monitor and update product inventory.
  • Manage orders, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.
  • Handle and resolve issues related to shipments or deliveries.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and sales team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and accounting to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Prepare basic performance and tracking reports.
We are looking for a Freelance collaborator with :
  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong command of office tools and management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Based in Madrid or Alicante (preferred), though the position is 100% remote .

Speaking english or french for fluent communication with France.
