A global healthcare company in Spain is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to promote operational excellence and manage projects within the plasma supply chain. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include project management, continuous improvement, and coordinating with various teams. This position offers a flexible schedule and occasional remote work opportunities.

That’s why we need an Operational Excellence Specialist like you at Biomat SA, company dedicated to managing and performing quality control of the plasma used by Instituto Grifols SA as raw material for the production of plasma derivatives.
Your role mission will be to promote operational excellence of Biomat processes, in coordination with the various Biomat teams and the different managing entities or collaborating companies, to coordinate and monitor the implementation and evolution of projects within the plasma supply chain and their impact on Biomat S.A., to apply management techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc., for continuous process improvement and to participate in and oversee IT, GE and other projects. Monitor and encourage improvements to be deployed at Biomat S.A. as part of the ongoing pursuit of operational excellence, coordinated with the rest of Grifols companies.
