Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business with a strong European footprint. The role leads the OpEx fabrication team across multiple plants, delivering continuous improvement, safety and performance improvements within a dynamic European network.

You will organize resources, develop training and processes, and partner with Plant Managers and leaders to achieve business objectives while driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and strong KPI management.

Formación

• 5+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing or metals
• 5+ years in operational excellence across fabrication technologies
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience leading strategic and operational projects across sites/regions
• Bachelor level degree in a technical field; MBA considered an asset
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead the OpEx fabrication team and regional development programs
• Manage performance evaluations and development plans for direct reports
• Develop guidelines, procedures and training to improve safety, efficiency, quality and environmental impact
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Plant Managers and other units
• Monitor KPIs and progress of strategic operational programs
• Ensure adherence to Hydro’s Quality System and HSE policies
