Cencora is seeking a qualified facilities maintenance professional in Spain to support maintenance, repair, and compliance activities across operations. The role requires hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, equipment handling, and process improvements to reduce rework and improve accuracy.

You will organize your queue, communicate status and risks, and escalate complex issues with clear context and next steps. A High School Diploma/GED is required along with 2+ years in related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
• Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements minor process adjustments that improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce rework.
• Communicates status updates and risk information to support timely resolution and alignment.
• Validates records, reports, and outputs to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with standards.
• Escalates complex or atypical issues with clear context, actions taken, and recommended next steps.
• Organizes personal work queue to maintain service levels and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Assists with follow-up activity needed to close routine maintenance and documentation items.
