ISCAREM HUMAN RESOURCES is seeking an OpenShift Administrator to join a major international project in Madrid. The role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining OpenShift clusters across development, staging, and production environments, with emphasis on uptime and security.

• Experience administering Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes operations and containerized environments.
• Solid Linux systems administration and platform operations.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing upgrades, patches, security, and capacity planning.
• Technical coordination across teams (infrastructure, development, operations).
• Spanish (spoken and written) and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters across dev, staging, production.
• Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity; proactively resolve issues.
• Administer core OpenShift components (etcd, API server, controllers, networking, storage).
• Manage container images, registries, builds, and security scans.
• Configure networking and storage integrations (SDN, PVs).
• Implement and manage RBAC, authentication, and security policies.
• Automate tasks using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, or GitOps (ArgoCD, Tekton).
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration for deployments on OpenShift.
• Perform backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage OpenShift Operators and OLM for extensions.
• Collaborate with teams to define best practices for containerized workloads.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Document procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents.
