ISCAREM Human Resources, S.L. is seeking an OpenShift Administrator to join a major international project in Madrid.

You will install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters across development, staging, and production, ensuring high availability and compliance with security policies. The role requires strong Kubernetes and Linux fundamentals, IaC automation (Ansible, Terraform, Helm), and experience with CI/CD and GitOps (ArgoCD/Tekton).

Formación

• Experience administering and supporting Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes operations and containerized environments.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and platform operations.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, patches, security, and capacity planning.
• Technical coordination across infrastructure, development, and operations teams.
• Spanish, spoken and written.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain OCP clusters across dev, staging, and prod.
• Monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity and resolve issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot core OpenShift components.
• Manage container images, registries, builds, and security scanning.
• Configure networking and storage integrations for clusters.
• Automate tasks using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, or GitOps (ArgoCD/Tekton).
• Support CI/CD integration for app deployment on OpenShift.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents.
