Red Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join a global project in Barcelona. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite at the customer office.

You will develop on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows, lead architectural decisions, mentor teams, and own deployment pipelines with Copado, AutoRABIT, SFDX, GitHub Actions or Jenkins. English proficiency at B2+ is essential.

Formación

• Strong English communication (B2+).

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join a global project.

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development.
• Proven technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and complex integrations.
• Strong CI/CD & DevOps experience: Proven track record in automated deployment pipelines, release management, and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, SFDX, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Advanced Version Control & QA: Solid knowledge of Git version control (branching strategies, code reviews, PRs, merge/integration conflict resolution) alongside structured QA practices.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to set architectural and development standards, manage deployment risks, and mentor dev teams through release cycles.
• Language: English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is essential.
