Job summary

Medtronic in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain, is hiring a Warehouse and Inventory Lead for an onsite role. You will supervise inventory, shipping/receiving, and Value-Added Services, driving accuracy and regulatory compliance in a high-volume distribution center.

You will work with Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to meet performance goals while coaching staff and ensuring effective transportation and documentation processes. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management.
Experience leading and developing teams in warehouse/distribution environments.
Experience in medical devices or healthcare sector.
Experience with SAP WM/WMS systems.
Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations.
Provide operational support for logistics activities to ensure efficient and compliant product flow.
Manage, coach, and develop warehouse team members with performance management.
Monitor inventory accuracy and material movement through SAP WM systems.
Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, transportation requirements, quality standards, and policies.
Coordinate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials, products, and supplies.
Review and validate shipping documentation, freight records, packing lists, bills of lading, and system transactions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, inventory control, and service levels.
