Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Lead in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain. This onsite role focuses on supervising warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate material flow and compliance across the distribution center.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to drive performance improvements, mentor staff, and uphold regulatory standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Experience in managing teams in warehouse or distribution centers.
• Experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector.
• Proficient with SAP WM/WMS systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and VAS operations.
• Provide operational support for logistics activities to ensure efficient product flow.
• Coach and develop warehouse team members with performance management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and material movement using SAP WM systems.
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, transportation requirements, quality standards and policies.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and products.
